Mediterranean Tahini Deviled Eggs Recipe
Deviled eggs are easy to make and are always a hit at gatherings. You can play around with the flavor and the result is always amazing. If you are among the people who celebrate Easter, this recipe is much more healthier then the sugary chocolate eggs. Mediterranean Tahini Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs ( can make as much as you want )
- 1 thinly diced tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly chopped celery
- 1/4 cup thinly chopped baby arugula
- 1/4 cup thinly chopped green shallots
- 1 tablespoon tahini sauce ( buy it here )
- 1/4 cup olive oil ( buy it here )
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin ( buy it here )
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar ( buy it here )
- Real Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Smoked sweet paprika for decoration ( buy it here )
Preparation
- Cut the eggs in half and slowly separate the the egg white and the yolk
- Put the yolk in a bowl and smash it with a fork
- Add all the ingredients and mix throughly
- form little balls and put them on the egg whites
- Decorate with some green shallots and sprinkle with sweet paprika
Note: The best way to cook boiled eggs
- Bring enough water to cover the eggs by one inch to boil
- Slowly put the eggs inside the boiling water
- let it cook for 8 minutes
- Remove from head and cover the pan for an extra 5 minutes
- Drain under cold running water
- Peel and serve hot or cold, or make some delicious deviled eggs.

Thank you for sharing this recipie, I made this tonight, and it was amazing!! I am am going to freeze the leftover miso mixture in an ice cube tray for easy measurement in the future. For soft boiled eggs place eggs in 1″ boiling water, cover and cook for 6 minutes exactly, and they come out perfectly. Thanks again!
