10:15 am: Morning Snack
A healthy snack to refuel.

10:45 am: Yoga & Meditation
Gentle yoga and meditation to promote mindfulness and physical well-being.

11:15 am – 1:15 pm: Nap Time
Restful nap time for toddlers. Engaging activities are provided for non-nappers.

1:30 pm: Lunch
A wholesome lunch to nourish growing bodies.

2:45 pm: Indoor Activities
Creative arts, music, and other engaging indoor activities.

3:30 pm: Afternoon Snack
Another healthy snack to keep energy levels up.

4:00 pm: Indoor/Outdoor Play & Exploration
Time for children to explore and play, both indoors and outdoors.

5:00 pm: Pick-Up
Parents pick up their children.
